The level of performance and this standard sets me and my company apart and makes us the company we are. I was licensed in 1994 and continue to sell 60 to 90 homes per year, being a working broker. Expanding our knowledge and service in being the HUD Local Listing Broker (LLB) over the past 10 years, provides up to date requirements on FHA rules and regulations. Constantly continuing my education in areas to my industry. I recently obtained my C2EX, E-Pro certification, while continuing to be a CCIM (Commercial) student.
